About Us

Our names are Josh and Lindsey.  Lindsey is a teacher, and Josh is an adjunct instructor at a community college and a stay-at-home spouse/puppy parent to our two dogs, Espy and Mauer.

After years of letting our lives control us, we’re taking back control of our bodies, our money, our food, and our house.  Join us on our journey, and please wish us luck!
